District 5’s Central Division Humorous Speech and Table Topics contest will take place at Northrop Grumman’s Spectrum Center, 9326 Spectrum Center Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92123 on October 10, 2009 at 9 o’clock a.m. RSVP prior to the event and receive one (1) opportunity drawing ticket. Wear a costume and receive one (1) opportunity drawing ticket. Bring a guest and receive one (1) opportunity drawing ticket.
