Perfect for keeping your food warm when you need another ‘burner.’ The hot plate is approximately 13 inches by 21 inches and heats evenly across. The unit has a lower swivel drawer that keeps items such as buns or already prepared food warm. The plastic cover lifts easily and attaches to the side of the unit when not in use. I used it a few times for bbq’s and it worked great keeping the hamburgers and hot dogs warm and everyone just grabbed the buns from below and served themselves. The temperature knob goes from high to low. The tray name is actually Salton Hotray and the model number is H-144.
