Assorted TIRES & RIMS - will sell separately

Hi,

My friend and I have a pile of assorted tires and rims. It's a lot easier to write one ad with them all. As they sell, I will revise the ad so we both don't waste time. Since they are not at my home, and I'm making the ad, as the inquiries come in, I will go to his home and take pictures of the rims. As to the tires, I will not be taking pictures.

He wrote me a detailed list of what is there. He works on cars himself, and you won't have to worry about showing up only to see a bald tire staring at you :}

As to price, I'll let him negotiate what is fair, and he is a fair person. We do want to get a reasonable price as somewhere along the line we did purchase these for ourselves, or inherited them from someone associated with a favor for trade.

A few of these were mine, and went on my 1999 VW Jetta. A few were expensive. I'm sure anyone buying these knows the price of what they go for. So please be fair in your offers.

Please know it is he who wrote the list. I don't know what they all mean, but you probably will. If you have any questions, I'll ask him. I'm just copying what he wrote.

To make it easy, please when you write, would you refer to the item number in the list, i.e. 1 - 9. We want a fair price, but are not interested in pitting one person against the next just to see if we can extract a few extra bucks. We don't have time for that. If you make a fair offer, we will take the first one.

All we ask is that you be courteous. So many people respond, and say they are on the way over, and change their mind, and do not have the common decency to call and let us know. We're more than happy to help you, and that's all we want. We are honest people, and will be fair.

You will be dealing with my friend, Will, but I will be the one who does the correspondence and phone calls so that everything is organized and arranged timely so that none of us waste our time. He's working on my home, and we are willing to go and meet you to look at them. So please be sure you want them. Then we'll work on the pictures of the rims if necessary.
