FREE Meditation and Mindfulness Classes at Bird Rock Yoga - Pacific Beach, Sundays – Come to any class, always free, repeat as many times as you’d like - Discover what meditation can do for you!
 
Come and discover the peace that is always available, no matter what is going on in life.

We are all so busy and rarely have the time to reflect on our life from a pure and basic point of view. Meditation can help you gain the peace you seek. It is also an amazing tool for actively achieving your goals while enjoying your life to the fullest. Outside of the formal meditation sessions we also discuss a practice called “Mindfulness”, another powerful tool for gaining insight and the ability to choose happiness regardless of external circumstances.

Class outline & benefits:

2 Meditation sessions each class. This sets aside time for you to directly experience the benefits.

Easy-to-learn technique that requires a very small time investment

Helps you learn how to concentrate and focus more effectively and
find stability, clarity and peace - even in difficult times.

Come back as often as you like. Classes are always FREE!

Please join us for a class about meditation, the exploration of consciousness, finding inner peace, choosing happiness and the search for Truth at Bird Rock Yoga in Pacific Beach!

This free class is for beginners as well as people who have meditated before and are interested in reestablishing their practice. Once you’ve attended, your welcome to return each week to meditate with the group to help establish your practice.

• It has many beneficial effects in daily life, such as living life from the present moment, letting go of the past and being open to whatever arises. These powerful steps put you in control of your mind states and reality and lead to a more enriched, free, peaceful and positive life.

• Mindfulness is attracting increasing interest among western psychiatrists as a non-pharmacological means of dealing with anxiety and depressive mood states.

• It is beneficial for defeating fears, attaining goals and combating negative states of mind.

• Mindfulness shows us how thinking has an effect on our every perception and ultimately gives us a clear picture of our own reality.

• For those interested in spiritual growth this technique has its root in Buddhist teachings and the path to Enlightenment. But people of any faith can practice it!
