JOB DESCRIPTION Our cause related ad campaigns are full service from conception to print to market. Positions include: • Warehousing • Inventory • Sales & Marketing • Customer Service • Public Relations (both cause and client related) • Administration & Relative Accounting • Management (account, mid and upper level). DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES Each new member of our team participates in eight weeks of management training classes in on-site classrooms during the course of the normal workday. Course content revolves around development of personal skills, leadership attributes, business ethics, goal setting, training and motivating, problem solving and team management.
