Did You Know? 1 out of 4 college women experience assault or attempted rape. 1 out of 3 women will be assaulted during her lifetime. In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn how to avoid being a target, how to prepare for a possible attack, how to keep a clear mind and how to use your natural strengths to retaliate effectively and decisively. This is a ‘hands-on‘ workshop where you will practice 3 simple principles of movement against a variety of assault scenarios. The workshop will be held on Thursday November 6, 2009 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Shen Kung Fu Academy located at 1682 Ord Way, Oceanside, California. Open to all Women and Teens.
