Throttle / Brake. Seats two adults, Wheel chair accessable. Motor is good, Fiberglass Body is good, Seat is fair. The Fiberglass Top is good, It has a Windshield and a large Trunk. The Clear coat (Paint) is bad (it does not look as good as the pictures, needs new Clear coat). Can be licensed and made street legal. Needs batteries. (9606,4-006,4-008)
