We must have an application from you in order to answer any questions. Bea is a cute and petite chihuahua mix, 2 yrs old and weighs only 4lbs. We just rescued this girl so more information to come. She should not go to a home with small kids because of her small size. Here's what her foster mom says about her, 'Bea is so playful with the other dogsespecially Henry the beagle. And Im not kidding, she really thinks my daughter Natalie is her mommy. When Nat comes over, Bea runs to see her and goes nuts to be picked up and never leaves her side. Just contact us.All of our dogs are in private volunteer foster homes, and as such the individuals most qualified to answer any questions regarding the dog would be the family that they have been living with! We do not have a central shelter or kennel locations - you must make a private one-on-one meet and greet appointment with each individual dog at the foster family's convenience. To protect our foster families' privacy, we must have an APPROVED adoption application on file before we release their contact information. All of our dogs are fixed (spayed/neutered) and UTD on shots before adoption. We have a 2 week foster-to-adopt period, during which time the adoption fee is fully refundable if the dog is returned. At the end of the 2 week FTA period, a volunteer will do a home visit to finalize the adoption. Adoption fees vary from dog-to-dog, but generally range from $150 - $200.
