Chihuahua - Small - Adult - Male - Dog - Jose
Description
* { font:inherit; } Please contact Sandra (sandradsimpson@cox.net) for more information about this pet. Please download our adoption application and submit completed applications to SDSecondChance@gmail.com with the dog's name in the subject. We must have an application from you in order to answer any questions. Jose is a male Chihuahua, about 4 yrs young. Jose is an owner relinquishment as he is jealous of the newborn baby so he is looking for a home where he can be the baby. He is a sweet little guy, but very independent so he is looking for a home with maybe an older adult(s)! He is not really into playing with other dogs or kids, just more of a quiter type for someone who would like a little, nice watchdog. He is crate trained, and goes in quite readily when we need to leave the house. We have a large cat who is the dominant one in our household, and Jose gets along with him okay. He is neutered and UTD on shots. Want to make him a part of your family? Just contact us.All of our dogs are in private volunteer foster homes, and as such the individuals most qualified to answer any questions regarding the dog would be the family that they have been living with! We do not have a central shelter or kennel locations - you must make a private one-on-one meet and greet appointment with each individual dog at the foster family's convenience. To protect our foster families' privacy, we must have an APPROVED adoption application on file before we release their contact information. All of our dogs are fixed (spayed/neutered) and UTD on shots before adoption. We have a 2 week foster-to-adopt period, during which time the adoption fee is fully refundable if the dog is returned. At the end of the 2 week FTA period, a volunteer will do a home visit to finalize the adoption. Adoption fees vary from dog-to-dog, but generally range from $150 - $200.
