Smith is a sweet, male chihuahua, 3 yrs young.  We pulled this guy out of the shelter because he was so timid and scared.  He is now in a loving foster home and is starting to come out of his shell and trust again.  He is just a really sweetie and cuddler.  Does fine with other dogs.  Smith would probably do best in an adult home where he can be the baby and get spoiled like he truly deserves!  Smith is neutered and UTD on shots.  Want to make him your roommate?  Just contact us.All of our dogs are in private volunteer foster homes, and as such the individuals most qualified to answer any questions regarding the dog would be the family that they have been living with!  We do not have a central shelter or kennel locations - you must make a private one-on-one meet and greet appointment with each individual dog at the foster family's convenience.  To protect our foster families' privacy, we must have an APPROVED adoption application on file before we release their contact information. All of our dogs are fixed (spayed/neutered) and UTD on shots before adoption. We have a 2 week foster-to-adopt period, during which time the adoption fee is fully refundable if the dog is returned. At the end of the 2 week FTA period, a volunteer will do a home visit to finalize the adoption. Adoption fees vary from dog-to-dog, but generally range from $150 - $200.
