We must have an application from you in order to answer any questions. Meet Anna and Marie. We have had these two since they were 3 months old. They were rescued behind an abandoned house and their mother was since spayed and has found a home but these two never became amiable to people. They are still very shy and show signs of fear agression. We are not looking for an adopter at this time for them but if you think you are the right person to foster them to help them overcome their fear of people it would be great if you would volunteer to help out. They are good with the few people that they see on a regular basis but are deathly scared of new people. Anna is more friendly than Marie who likes to hide for most of the day. As such our photographer could only get a picture of Anna, Marie is a mirror image of her but about 7 lbs smaller.All of our dogs are in private volunteer foster homes, and as such the individuals most qualified to answer any questions regarding the dog would be the family that they have been living with! We do not have a central shelter or kennel locations - you must make a private one-on-one meet and greet appointment with each individual dog at the foster family's convenience. To protect our foster families' privacy, we must have an APPROVED adoption application on file before we release their contact information. All of our dogs are fixed (spayed/neutered) and UTD on shots before adoption. We have a 2 week foster-to-adopt period, during which time the adoption fee is fully refundable if the dog is returned. At the end of the 2 week FTA period, a volunteer will do a home visit to finalize the adoption. Adoption fees vary from dog-to-dog, but generally range from $150 - $200.
