This little love bug is Scarlet, a female, pitbull terrier mix, 3 yrs young, but she acts like a new puppy. She is an extremely well mannered dog, thanks to getting out of the shelter and into the loving arms of a great foster mom. Scarlet LOVES other dogs, follows her foster sisters everywhere. She is potty trained and has great house manners. Scarlet is also very affectionate -- she needs to let you know you were missed when you come back home. Scarlet enjoys her toys and is just happy to be around her humans!  She would be a wonderful dog for the right family! Contact us to meet Scarlet.All of our dogs are in private volunteer foster homes, and as such the individuals most qualified to answer any questions regarding the dog would be the family that they have been living with!  We do not have a central shelter or kennel locations - you must make a private one-on-one meet and greet appointment with each individual dog at the foster family's convenience.  To protect our foster families' privacy, we must have an APPROVED adoption application on file before we release their contact information. All of our dogs are fixed (spayed/neutered) and UTD on shots before adoption. We have a 2 week foster-to-adopt period, during which time the adoption fee is fully refundable if the dog is returned. At the end of the 2 week FTA period, a volunteer will do a home visit to finalize the adoption. Adoption fees vary from dog-to-dog, but generally range from $150 - $200.
