I have planned my own perfect wedding and coordinated several other weddings including a professional athlete, as well as many PR events for clients --- all of which have been in San Diego County. Needless to say, I know what it takes to create the wedding of one's dreams.


The "BIG Day” Package (Day of Wedding Coordination) $600.00
Includes the following:
© Consult with client two times before the BIG day to discuss your wedding details and review contracts (first meeting will be one month prior to wedding date and the second will be two weeks before)
© Unlimited emails and phone calls to discuss wedding plans
© Create a wedding day timeline and distribute to all vendors and bridal party the week before the wedding
© Contact all of your vendors the week before your wedding to confirm delivery dates, times and location
© Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage
© Greet and supervise all vendors day of wedding
© Assist in placement of wedding items/décor not provided by vendors (place cards, favors, menus, guestbook, table numbers, etc.)
© Maintain bridal party’s whereabouts to ensure no visibility of bride/groom
© Line-up of wedding party for ceremony and reception entrances
© Collect all wedding accessories after wedding as requested by the client (centerpieces, engagement photo, cake serving set, champagne flutes, etc.)
© Distribute final payments to all vendors day of wedding
© Maintain the timing and flow of your wedding to ensure the perfect celebration
