OBJECTIVE
To have an instrumental role in further attracting and acquiring Talent for The World’s Leading Chief Executive Organization. Be a recognized contributor within the corporate recruitment and selection function by supporting the efforts of our national Recruiting Team. This is a newly created position in our Selection/Recruitment division. The Researcher will support the Executive Recruiters in the selection process, and all duties/tasks affiliated with the success and daily operations of the Recruitment/Selection department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research
· Provide research to stay abreast of trends and developments in the business landscape using all available and relevant tools; the internet, periodicals, directories, journals, press releases, etc… to identify opportunities for Vistage. This valuable data will include details related to prospective candidates, employment/market trends, etc…
· Assist in the development of target candidate lists.
· The Researcher will work with the team to remain educated about changes in the field of recruitment.
Recruiting
· The role will involve planning and coordinating several recruitment activities including assistance in screening candidates, scheduling local and national interviews, candidate debriefs, and proper documentation of activities related to recruiting & selection.
· The Researcher will assist in managing the selection process for all Executive level Candidates, thus the role will require a high level of professionalism in interacting with candidates at this level, especially by telephone
· The successful candidate will administer Assessments used in the candidate selection process and ensure results are associated with the candidate file.
· Manage the national Interview travel schedule. In conjunction with our Travel department, you will research and present all options for cost savings for all candidate and Recruitment travel including transportation, accommodation, car rentals, reservations, transfers, cancellations. Manage day of travel responsibilities and all cancellations and refunds/credits. Provided out of office support while traveling including last minute changes and on-call emergency response.
Administration
· The Researcher will adhere to timelines and deadlines associated with this role; this includes scheduling, database analysis and administration, interviews, meetings, presentations, administration, emails, filing, supplies, and other duties as needed.
· He/she will maintain all confidential information and accuracy with regard to candidate files in accordance with [HR] Human Resources policy and procedure.
· He/she will work closely with Human Resources as well as our Learning and Development / Training department, and Field Operations.
· Edit and update forms and documents for content, layout.
· Liaise with Marketing for creative and design content related to recruiting campaigns
Analysis/Reporting
· He/she will produce reporting on KPI’s and other metrics via Salesforce.com and Excel.
· Light Accounting work associated with expenses as well as administration.
· He/she will liaise with all other internal and external customers as needed.
EXPERIENCE
· 2+ years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a project oriented environment.
· Ability to anticipate needs of team members and think 2-3 steps ahead.
· Basic business acumen – defined as the familiarity with common industry, function, and financial terms.
· Strong analytical abilities, organization and project/process management skills, including ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
· 1+ years experience with SalesForce.com or enterprise-level CRM software preferred Maintenance of a Database for tracking, updating, and reporting and analysis purposes.
· Advanced computer proficiency required; Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling, Reporting, Analysis, and Internet Research.
· Time management is critical, demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities to meet deadlines.
· The ability to work in a high stress environment and maintain professionalism, accuracy and perform well.
· Light bookkeeping experience a plus.
· Corporate meeting / planning experience helpful.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent Public Relations / Customer Service skills.
· Professional phone voice and demeanor.
· Ability to network internally and externally; to build relationships with our stakeholders.

EXPECTATIONS
CHALLENGES As this is a new position, the successful candidate will be able to further define the role, establish and define new processes and timelines with management. This will require someone who can function with independence and be solutions oriented.
a) Directions: The Researcher role supports many aspects of the recruitment process, this can be extremely challenging. Managing time and changing priorities can prove highly stressful.
b) Technology: The role is closely tied to the CRM, Salesforce.com. Inadequate exposure to IT systems, specifically Outlook and a large CRM database could prove to be an insurmountable obstacle for success.
c) Project Oriented: The role is very deadline driven, the challenge is to add value to the department by innovating and providing creative solutions, while managing the day-to-day requirements of the role.
OUTCOMES The Researcher will contribute to a Best-in-Class experience for candidates considered by the Vistage Selection Department.
Short term objectives
a) The Researcher will learn the organization and processes associated with the Selection function from the recruiters
b) The researcher will take over the day to day administration and reporting as they define the Research schedule and plan near term projects.
c) The Researcher will mentor under the Salesforce.com Administrators to become well versed in the CRM
Long Term Objectives
d) The Researcher will provide in-depth analysis with regards to U.S. Macro and Micro Metropolitan markets
e) The Researcher will be a center-of-excellence for Technology related to Selection
f) The Researcher will continue to grow and provide advanced support to the Recruitment/Selection Team
EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree is required.
