This is a Brand New, never installed, pre-engineered roof structure by FCP buildings. Everything you need to build up to approximately a 20' x 60' roof/shade structure. Use this as shade shelter for parking, horse shelters, storage shelter, etc... This was excess materials from a project and needs to go ASAP. The first picture below is of the finished assembly (remember these actual materials have never been constructed). The other two pictures are of the actual materials.

BRAND NEW --- Pre-Engineered Metal Roof Structure

Includes:

-(6) galvanized steel columns, approximately 13'-0" length
-All joists for roof structure (Galvanized)
-Corrugated metal roof (Galvalume material, KYNAR Coated) "RUSTIC RED" on top side, "Polar White" in bottom. This is an incredibly durable coating, usually comes with 20 year mfg's warranty.
-Fascia trim, gutters, downspouts "RUSTIC RED"

Does not come with engineered plans, concrete footings or any fasteners. Footings need to be approximately 30" x 30" x 5'-0". Fasteners are #14 x 1-1/2" TEK Screws.

Delivery possible for short distance at additional cost but prefer you to load and haul yourself.
