Bran new guitars. We bought them and never used them. Bass comes with stand, bag, and amp with cord. Accoustic comes with stand and strap. Total package cost me $900 in the music store but I'm willing to make a deal. Both of these guitars were used for about an hour then just been sitting in the spare room.
