WANTED: SVP Luxury Condo Pre-Sales Marketing & Sales Strategy Executive
One-of-a-kind sports-lifestyle-themed futuristic resort mega-complex, to be built in Southern California in 2010, requires an experienced luxury condo marketing and sales strategist.
This is a "smart" and "green" community project that will appeal to specific demographic segments of affluent buyers worldwide. Marketing and sales will be conducted on site and online. Ability to work with brokers/realtors and financiers is required, though we may conduct all sales ourselves so you will have a California real estate license.
Most importantly, you will have the ability to position this project for rapid scale-up of pre-sales. Initial task is to develop a new and fresh high-tech/high-touch strategic approach, with relevant support materials and tools that will "sell out" the project quickly as the current economy recovers in 2010-11.
We offer generous compensation and, as a start-up company which plans an IPO in year 3, you will also get a generous share package.
