I have a two bedroom/two bath condo and am seeking a female roommate for only $200 a month in rent. I am a disabled woman and rent this room out to someone who can also help me with personal care. It does not require any special training, just maturity and reliability. The $200 will cover your electricity, gas, water, cable, etc.



I need help in the morning getting up and dressed, some help in the afternoon and then again at night getting ready for bed. My roommate helps me do laundry, prepare food and clean the condo. I also need help taking care of my kitties.



I have cable tv and Internet access and a washer and dryer and a garage space for your car. The condo complex is a nice one and is quiet.



My home is a quiet place where I can relax and do a lot of reading. My roommate must be a quiet and mature person. I am looking for someone who is ALWAYS caring, is OK with cats, can communicate and is reliable, friendly and CLEAN. I also require references and may do a background check. The help that I need does not interfere if you have a full time job.
