I have a large bedroom with private bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Crown Point (south pacific beach, 1 block from mission bay) -- available now. No smoking/no drugs please. I am relocating for a job but my roommate doesn’t want to give up this awesome apartment or the location!

Rent is $1650/month and I believe the credit check is $30. Utilities run about $80-100/month for water, cable, sdg&e and cable internet. There are 2 bedrooms, the one that will be vacant is larger, approx 14x16' with its own private bathroom inside the bedroom. The room also has lots of storage cabinets and 2 full closets. The floor plan has 1 bedroom on either side of the living room, so no shared bedroom walls. There is a huge balcony too, great for storing bikes, surfboards, a grill, etc. The apartment also has a dishwasher.

About the complex- it has a pretty big pool, 2 large spas, community bbq's. There is also a small gym, game room, community room, computer room, and basketball and tennis courts. The apartment is on the courtyard side and on the end/corner of the building so there isn't much traffic or other noise either. There is also 24 hour maintenance and security on call. If you want to look it up, its called Bay Pointe Apartments, on Ingraham. Permit parking in the complex’s lots is also included (you’d just inherit my parking sticker).

We are looking for someone (female preferred) who pays rent and bills on time & has stable income since it’s a lease (which ends in June). My roommate works 8:30 to 5 during the week, so she keeps it more relaxed at night, and leaves going out for some weekends, but doesn’t bring the party home. Friends and others are fine, just no all night ragers :). Crown Point is awesome though because its close enough to tons of bars/restaurants but far enough that there is always street parking (for guests) and it’s quiet at night. Also, boyfriends/significant others staying over are cool as long as its not 7 nights a week.

About my roommate, she is 26, has her masters in higher education and works full time at UCSD. She is often up in LA in the fall for USC football games on the weekends and loves going to the beach, bay, riding bikes, hiking, finding cool restaurants and good happy hours, and having fun in this beautiful city.
