We have a room available in our spacious 3 bedroom house in Clairemont. It's $600/month, all utilities included (gas, electric, water, trash, gardening, my gourmet cooking); $38 extra for TV & Internet. The room is 10' by 11.5' with a spacious closet that is 5.5' wide. The house is centrally located, with a 10 minute drive to the beaches, UCSD, Downtown/Hillcrest. It is newly remodeled with wood floors and all new furniture and appliances (including a 42" flat screen TV). There is a washer/dryer for laundry, a large backyard for BBQ's or reading while laying out, and a garage for storage. My roommate is a psychometrist who loves photography, jazz, Yelp events, and great food! I'm a psych grad student who takes pleasure in cooking, eating, jet-skiing and happy hour! We're fun, independent, easy-going girls who love living life. We are looking for someone who is independent, easy-going, responsible and respectful. We are open to either males or females.
