$100.00 Sober Living House or Transitional Housing located in the City of Encanto

We have two beds available for a gentleman; program participation fees are $100.00 per week + one week deposit $100.00 Total move-in $200.00 (Not negotiable)

Two participants per room
Captain’s beds (oak twin beds with drawers underneath)
TV in each room with CABLE
Wireless DSL internet
Free land-line (telephone) incoming and outgoing calls
Free washer/drier usage
Lots of cabinetry for storage
Granite counter tops on kitchen
2 Full bathrooms
Every room has a keyed knob (the only ones that have a key to your room is your roommate, the house managers, and the owner)
Very close to public transportation (Bus and/or trolley)
Close to markets, stores, etc.

Large Yard
2,400 Sq.Ft. house


CONDITIONS:

- 90 days sobriety
- Attend AA or NA meetings regularly (Signed slip will be required and amount of meetings will depend on level of intervention)
- Assigned house chores
- Random drug and/or alcohol testing
- Complete application, and sign on all documents stipulating the rules & conditions of your participation in our program.
- Government issued photo ID (ID, DL, passport, etc.)
- Social security card
- Have full time employment, or part-time employment and part-time going to school/training, or full time student/training (Doing an activity that not only would allow you to pay your fees on time, but mostly that you are being productive member of society and/or moving forward towards your recovery and/or progress in life)
- Attend pre-arranged house meetings
- Provide all information for your PO if there is one

IF you are not familiar with a Sober Living House living environment, we encourage you to do your research as this is not your typical living arrangement; this house for individuals that are maintaining sobriety, recovering from drugs and/or alcohol, very often with a criminal background, or under Court proceedings. Women are welcome BUT available beds are in bedrooms where another man is there, therefore we only have space for men only at this time.
