As a Jenny Craig Program Director you will meet the needs of existing and potential clients through the professional delivery of the Jenny Craig program; including new program sales, services and support tools. As the Program Director, you will sell programs to people who inquire about the Jenny Craig program over the phone. You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your excellent interpersonal skills and selling strength will make you an important part of our team.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, demonstrating outstanding client service skills, product knowledge, meeting sales goals and building quality client relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. This position requires being proficient with a computer system to access client information, and read and type within sales scripts.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a high-volume, sales position, have strong interpersonal and phone communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism to successfully work with a diverse client population. Previous experience working under performance standards in a quota environment is preferred. We offer a competitive compensation package that combines hourly salary plus a commission structure that rewards based on performance. We are looking for talented people who thrive in a commissioned sales environment. There is no cap on commission earnings. Successful candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes, daytime, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. The hourly wage is $9.00 an hour plus commission, which can allow sales people to have the potential of earning an average of $22-26.00 per hour. We require our Program Directors to possess either a high school diploma or a G.E.D., some college and/or previous sales or consulting experience
