"DO IT YOURSELF ROOFING"
Need a new roof, but don't have the expertise? Or the money?
You CAN do it yourself and save 1000s.
Anything is easy, if you know how!!
No one knows roofs better than me! No one can teach you how to roof better than I can!
I can show and tell you how! And I can guarantee you won't make a mistake as long as you want to do a quality job on your roof yourself.
I've been a roofer/roofing contractor in the San Diego County for more than 34 years. (check out my full resume below).
I can show and tell you tricks of the trade and/or supervise to make it easy for you for a nominal fee - saving you thousands of dollars.
All the while doing your roof the right way the first time.
Plus, I can get all the materials at a contractor's price for you (saving you even more money).
Here's how this idea was came about: Homeowner's needed a new roof but couldn't afford the cost of a commercial contractor so they've asked me if I would be willing to "assist" them with my knowledge while they supplied all the labor. By "assist" homeowner's meant they wanted to do their roof themselves and wanted someone to give them step by step instructions where no mistakes are made. So they contacted me asking if I could give them exact instructions on how they could re-roof their home correctly and without wasting money.
There are two reasons I decided to run this ad. The first reason is the number of requests I've gotten to assist is increasing (due to hard times I guess) and the second is - after 34 years on the roof, I'm ready to get off the roof fulltime!
Now, here's an example of an average tile re-roof costs (using the existing tile) and how much can be saved. The average re-roofing cost of a 3,000 square foot tile roof is more than $15,000 to $20,000. With my expert instruction and your own labor, the cost of re-roofing an average 3,000 square foot tile roof (using the existing tile) would be approxiamately $3,500 (that includes materials, instruction and equipment).
I will coach you through the entire process, leaving no question unanswered, making sure that you can't make a mistake.
If you follow my guidance, your roof will look excellent and never leak (plus you will save $10,000 - $15,000).
I also have all the tools, equipment, ladders, nail guns, etc., to make the job easier, so you don't have to purchase or rent the tools.
I will instruct you on how to use them.
By the way, you might want to know why are roofing costs so high? Well, the California State Contractor's Board makes roofing contractors pay so much in worker's compensation, etc that it drives the prices way up just so we can make a profit. It's equal to 70 cents on the $1.00. So, every worker that makes $1,000 per week, actually costs another $700 in insurance. Multiply that by five workers and you're paying $3,500 just in worker's comp plus $5,000 more in labor -- it adds up quickly.
And the your homeowner's insurance would cover it all.
If this interests you (and anyone in need of a re-roof on any type of home - not just tile, should be interested!), just give me a call.
Check out my resume below.
I've done the 1000s of roofs in San Diego County including highest house on Mount Helix and the highest house on Mount Soledad and 100s below them!
Contact me! You have nothing to lose? Only $1000s to save!!!
"Your roof is only as important as everything it covers!" I believe that and will make sure that your roof looks excellent and won't leak.
Why spend unnecessary dollars if you have the labor and me?
